Every September Cobh, County Cork, Ireland,
hosts a gathering of International, National
and Local Blues musicians,
with concerts and performances both outdoor and indoor,
including many of the towns venues, pubs and hotels.
Cobh Blues Festival was founded by Paul O'Halloran
in September 2007.
